Terms of Service for Session Registration
By completing registration, I agree to the following Terms of Service:
Registration secures a limited space in a small-group, in-person outdoor session. Because capacity is limited and each registration holds a spot that cannot be offered to someone else, all registrations are considered final.
Cancellations and refunds:
Due to limited capacity and the nature of small-group offerings, registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice to the guide, provided the new participant completes all required forms and agrees to the Terms of Service. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you may also request a credit toward a future session, subject to availability. Credits must be used within six months and are not redeemable for cash.
Weather and facilitator cancellation:
Sessions take place outdoors and proceed rain or shine, except in the case of unsafe conditions (such as extreme weather, poor air quality, or environmental hazards). If the guide cancels due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
Late arrival and no-shows:
Late arrival or failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or credit. Sessions begin promptly to honor the group and the land.
Participant responsibility:
By registering, you confirm that you have reviewed the session description, accessibility notes, and agreements, and that you are responsible for arriving prepared for outdoor conditions.
Right to refuse participation:
The guide reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave a session if behavior compromises the safety, integrity, or well-being of the group. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
